So small & powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow these headphones really rock. It's amazing how such small things can be so powerful. I use these when I go running and they don't fall our and they're very comfortable. I also use them for work to listen to music and attend conference calls.
They have a great battery life, lasted 4 hours during my marathon! Makes it super easy to run without a phone and use my running watch to listen to music.
It also has a super easy charging method. Would make a great gift and a an amazing product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happy with these Sony LinkBuds so far. I haven't had earbuds like this before, where you are actually supposed to hear what is going on in the background. I was not sure if I would like that, but turns out, having buds where you can hear some noise in your environment has been really helpful while I am working! I take calls a lot for work, and it's been helpful being able to still hear a beep if I receive an email or text message notification. I will also use these when I'm outside for walks, as I think it is a safety hazard to not hear if cars are coming or a dog barking, etc. The sound with these earbuds is crisp and clear. I highly recommend these for the environmental situations I have explained above!

Great features and sound!

I love the fact that they have alexa built in. Just a tap on the right ear bud activates alexa. The sound quality is phenomenal, and the battery life is very comparable to other ear buds in the same price range. Highly recommended!

Love that I can still hear surrounding sounds!

They are great the fit was different from other wireless earphones I’ve tried but they definitely did not budge once on. I love that I can hear the surrounding noises like if my baby wakes up or there’s a knock on my door. I think these are perfect for work as well. The sound from the headphones is great I can hear everything loud and clear. It was also super easy to setup.

Different Design, but Great Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not traditional styled earbuds. They have an interesting design but fit the ear good. (For reference I got the medium sized ones and I am 6’ 200 lbs). The are not noise canceling, but still give good sound even in a coffee shop. I have yet to do anything very strenuous with them in, but they don’t seem like they will fall out.
Set up was easy as well. The packaging has a QR code with easy to follow instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Sound, Unique Design!!!!

The most unique and yet strangely satisfying advancement has been made by Sony with their Linkbuds earbuds. Sony has developed earbuds that no longer require ear tips to be inserted into the ear canal. Their design incorporates a ring that sits comfortably in the outer ear, with a hole in the middle allowing you to remain connected to the ambient natural sounds around you. Sony Linkbuds with their open ear design are probably the most unique and most comfortable earbuds that I have tried. The open ear design completely removes the pressure and discomfort that you experience in your ear canal from wearing the buds for too long. You no longer have to insert anything into your ear to achieve great sound quality and noise cancellation. So, lets go over the features and PROS and CONS of the new Sony Linkbuds.
What’s in the Box - These earbuds arrive in all recycled material case, with different size ARC supporters, charging cable, manuals, charging case and of course the earbuds. These earbuds are small and light weight. They measure 1.2 inches in Height, 1.9 in Width, and 1. In depth and weight .09 lbs.
Quality – These earbuds are very well made. The magnets inside the case hold the ear buds in place even if you shake them up, so you don’t run the risk of losing them or have them fall out somewhere. The earbuds have about 5 hours of battery life and another 12 hours of charge on the charging case. With the quick charge feature, with 10 minutes of charge your will get another 90 minutes of playback. The earbuds are also IPX4 splash-proof and sweat-proof design. One thing I do miss is the wireless charging case, the case does not have wireless charging.
Use – So, wearing these earbuds may seem and feel a bit weird at first but they are very comfortable for extended wear. I have used these for a full day and they worked out great, no pressure, ear canal did not get all hot and weird, just comfortable. You may have to try out the different size tips to make sure you get a good snug fit.
Sound Quality – The sound quality of these earbuds is great, the music was crisp, clear, deep bass, just right on point. The app allows you to adjust the EQ setting if you need, and also with pre-set EQ setting, honestly, I did not feel the need to adjust or set my custom settings because everything sounded great.
360 Spatial Audio – With the Sony 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer you will enjoy personalized audio experience. The app analyzes your ear to provide the best audio experience that is perfect just for you.
Wide Area Tap – Because of the unique design of these earbuds Sony introduced a new tap feature for these earbuds called the Wide Area Tap. With the wide area tap, you simply need to double tap near the ear buds to play or pause and three taps for the next song. I tested out the feature pretty extensively and it seems to work just fine.
Noise Cancellation – Unfortunately, I looked everywhere in the setting and could not find the option for noise cancellation, so I believe these earbuds do not offer noise cancellation.

Great Earbuds

You can listen to music while running and still be aware of what is around you, which is great for safety.
They are light and small and come with a charging case. The battery life is ok.
The earbuds will take a little time to get used to and to find your perfect fit. They come with various sized silicone tips pushed into your ear grooves to secure. I tried a few to find the right fit. The sound quality is great, even with the background noise. The controls are very convenient, but also very sensitive. The application is very easy to use. Overall, I really like these earbuds, as they allow you to hear background noise when you run or work.
