We have had the Samsonite Andante bags for years to take on boat trips and finally wore them out. Ordered these bags to replace them and am very impressed with the quality of the construction and the hard bottom. Going to try them out next month but i am sure they will fit the bill for our adventures.

Love the split sections, pass through option, outer pockets, strong wheels. It's deeper than most carry ons, so don't overstuff the bag. Also bought largest version with same design. I purchased these based upon my experience with a similar older version in large size (with backpack option) version for over 10 years. Traveled internationally extensively. Extremely durable. No breakdowns. The split sections is truly awesome new feature.
