Miele Triflex HX1 Cat &Dog 3-in1 Cordless Vacuum

I bought the Miele HX1 Cat & Dog Vacuum and absolutely love it. I have had 2 Dyson stick vacuums with 2 year warranties and each one broke down right after the warranty.
Miele gives you a 5 year warranty and I love that. I have other Miele appliance and love them. I love the 5 year warranty they give with their products.

I also bought the extra Battery with my vacuum. This gives me piece of mind. I am so happy with this vacuum and it does just as well as the Dyson if not better and lasts longer as well over the hour that the Dyson lasts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy with this at all

I just received my unit March 3rd 2023. I have used many Miele plug in vac.'s as I clean houses. I wanted a cord free and this was on sale and I had saved up enough to buy myself one. I have been sick and I finaly tried it yesterday. The battery ran maybe 10 min.'s. I have all flooring on my main level, with one throw carpet at front door. I managed to get vaccumed my kitchen/ family room, diningroom, hall, bathroom and one bedroom and then the battery was dead.Not impressed with unit at all! I would like my money back!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
