The Serif is not just a TV; it's a piece of art that seamlessly blends into any living space. Its unique design, characterized by clean lines and a stunning profile, makes it a true statement piece in my home. The TV's elegant frame, which resembles a serif font, adds a touch of sophistication and style that I haven't seen in any other TV on the market.
But the Serif isn't just about looks; its picture quality is equally impressive. The 4K QLED resolution delivers breathtaking clarity and vibrant colors that make watching movies, shows, and even regular TV a visual delight. The contrast is excellent, and the colors are so rich and accurate that they bring every scene to life. Whether it's a dark, moody film or a bright, colorful documentary, the Serif handles it all with ease, providing a cinematic experience right in my living room.
One of the standout features that I absolutely love is the 3D animations like the aquarium mode. These animations are more than just screensavers; they transform the TV into a dynamic piece of art. The aquarium mode, with its lifelike fish swimming gracefully across the screen, adds a calming ambiance to the room, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The Ambient Mode is another highlight, allowing the TV to blend into my living space when not in use. It can display patterns, artworks, and even match the wall behind it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get tons of compliments on this TV, more than my furniture. It’s sleek and works great, haven’t had any storage issues like with my LG. I use my Serif for gaming and for streaming content. I have all of my subscription services synced with it and I also love ambient mode. It’s a really nice touch amidst the chaos of video content. The aesthetic of this TV is unparalleled. Wish I could buy two more!

Wonderful Versatile TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serif is a very versatile tv that can go anywhere. We have ours out more into the room so that you can walk around it. A tv that doesn't need a soundbar and can be heard clearly is a great feature. Would I buy it again, yes, yes I would.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's 2022 Serif QLED TV. Please know you can customize the brightness level between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.
You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
Intelligent Mode also enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing.
