Learn first you or your family needs when buy or "lease" a printer with ink supply. HP has many options. Questions like do I/we need a color or only black printer or what is the difference in quality of printing and cost of the ink for a ink jet or laser printer or do I am OK with HP's automatic ink supply and pay for extra copies beyond original agreement?. I have learnt in my case that I don't need to print in color, that is better economically print with a laser and that don't want to deal with controlled ink supply.

Hi, Fadi.
I’m sorry your printer arrived broken. No one expects that when ordering a new device. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll suggest some resources aimed at serving that end.
I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number: - hp.com/plus-help
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
Printer is not quite big enough for our office needs. We should have done more research. It gets extremely hot when we print many copies. The touch screen is very small. It's hard to touch the correct numbers. It also does not hold much paper. It is more suited for a small office or home.
Easy to set up and great print quality. We typically buy color printers but found that since the printer is for home use, the black and white is perfect. We don’t have to worry about buying all the color toners. So less stress but not less quality.
