[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big improvement over my older ThinkPad. Disappointed with the TrackPoint, however. It randomly stops responding for no discernable reason. TrackPad continues to function as does mouse. Only solution is a reboot. Expect better than this from Lenovo. No solution is apparent and there is a long thread on this subject in the support blog.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This laptop starts up quicker and is faster than my 2017 P15 laptop. The screen is also brighter and it is much lighter than my 2017 P15. That battery life is horrible. I get about 5 hours on battery saver mode. I would not buy this laptop again and would rather use my 2017 P15, which although heavier, is still fast but with almost twice the battery life. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
