[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laptop is very slow in performance. If you run a zoom meeting, you cannot use any other apps as it slows down the whole laptop. Even the mouse movement becomes choppy. I bought the one with 32GB RAM but still the same issue. Don’t recommend this for people who do heavy professional work.
