Big disapointment

Not what I expected from a docking station operation. After adding an external monitor, the on/off button on the dock is not functional, it does not power on the laptop. In order for the external monitor to power on, the laptop must be open and the laptop power button must be used. once everything comes up, the laptop can be closed and the external console is useful. So, what is the power button on the dock good for???

Lenovo docks go bad at 90 days - Thermal Issues

After about 90 days of use, the Lenovo USB-C docks go bad. They overheat, ports stop working, and Lenovo will not replace them after 30 days. We have switched to HP or Plugable docks (depending on office location) and have not only saved money but now have docks that will last longer than a calendar quarter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Computer has a fan issue that they replaced the fan. Now I get blue screened pretty regularly. Replacement is supposed to Arrive next month, but as for now the computer is basically DOA.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
