[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These docks work as expected and include all the needed cables and charges to use them. If you are looking for a dock to use that just works with Lenovo laptops then you have found it. A word of caution though. If you are wanting to run 3 monitors with tis dock make sure your laptop supports 3 monitors at the resolution and refresh rate you want. This dock supports up to 2x 3840x2160 @60Hz, 1x 3840x2160 @30Hz currently. If your laptop does not support 3 x 4k displays then you may be limited to 2 x 4k displays and 1x 1080p mirroring the laptop screen. I do wish the USBC cable was at least 1.5m instead of 1m. We use these for hot seating in our office. The cable is not long enough to reach on for some laptops because of the cable management used preventing the dock from being moved. Another 6" would do the trick.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main reason I bought the docking station was to support external monitors. They keep going dark in the middle of my work. I have researched solutions but the general consensus is to deal with the frustration. Very disappointed.

The first problem was my own fault, only one HDMI port. But that is probably irrelevant because it doesn't work with an external monitor for very long. I have to reboot every morning to get the monitor to come back. I have been on forums and tried everything, many people have this issue. Wouldn't buy this again, not so sure I'd buy Lenevo again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little dock is amazing! Super compact and easy to set up. The packaging was awesome and it arrived safe and sound. Had all of the cables included that I needed to set up my laptop and monitor. Works as advertised.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dock is easy to use and sets up automatically. The USB 3.0 for multiple ports is very useful for fast data transfer.
This Dock runs extremely HOT! It is only a matter of time before the unit fails. Also, the unit does not recover well from power outages; connected workstation needs to have power recycled repeatedly. Would not recommend this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
