I'm usually an old school kinda person but I'm loving this washer excellent features beautiful color sapphire blue huge tub it's has Alexa wifi and plays music quiet sound while do n its job worth the money to me

Bought this one to replace the front load we had. Seems to work good except for the flooding when it drains. Never had that issue before with any of the previous washers we have had.

Washer always goes out of balance

this higher end washer has been a huge disappointment. unfortunately, the washer almost always goes out of balance on every load. washer is properly leveled. small loads, medium loads and large loads go out of balance even on the lowest spin setting. very frustrating both due to the banging noise and the time it takes to try to manually adjust the load just to get it to spin out...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the features but sometimes..

Sometimes I can’t get it to do what I want it to. It’s almost too complicated. Sometimes I just want to be able to control exactly what it does without it trying to give me a presetting. But other than that it’s great!

Replaced our old washer with this one. Couldn't be happier! It has so much room I can't believe how many loads of laundry I used to do... now I don't have to! And the smart feature that lets you know it is done is fantastic so you don't forget dank laundry during the busy day.
