Mode Selection Dial Remains Lit

Recently purchased, but already dealing with a nagging issue where the wash mode dial selector lights all stay on. So as I am turning the dial I cannot tell which mode is selected since they are all lit. I have to power cycle the machine to get the the lights to turn off and it works again. However after several hours it reverts back to all lights lit…super frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like all the features, but feel I don't have enough control within the features.

I want to love it

I just got the washer and did about 6 loads so far and some times the water doesn't fill up enough where I washed my sheets on the towel/sheet cycle and when it was done some parts of the sheets didn't get wet. I will have on the normal cycle for a couple of loads and each time the water doesn't fill up much and sometimes it's half way of the washer even if I have same size loads. I just don't understand how to really use it. Still figuring it out.

Love Auto Detergent Dispenser

Just installed this washer. Did one load of regular soiled items. So far so good. Love the auto dispenser for detergent. This will come in handy when others do laundry, so I don’t have to worry too much detergent is being used. We have soft water so don’t need a lot of detergent. The washer feet do not allow the washer to slide easily. This could be good if a load is not balanced so the washer doesn’t slide. I haven’t set up WiFi yet nor Alexa but be doing this later.
