Love the color, dusty blue. working thru the different cycles. Owner manual is a little vague on the different cycles and cycle information and on how to basically use the machine. Lots of guessing and pushing buttons. Need a more detailed explanation and not something you download on your phone. Othersise it does a great job, lot of noises when it is going from wash to rinse to spin.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good machine

My product is brand new and features already do not work. The smart dispense is not working at all. Also the temperature options don’t really make sense. The “warm” option should be in-between cold and hot- but when I feel the water temp it always feels cold unless all the way on the hottest option. It is load and becomes unbalanced very easily. Pick another machine-

We're so sorry to hear that the Smart Dispense is not working, the temperature seems incorrect, and that the load is continuously becoming unbalanced. We want to help. Troubleshooting for the water temperature can be found on Page 22 of the Manual linked below. We also recommend taking a look at page 11 to ensure the Smart Dispense feature is turned on and detergent has been added correctly:
