I am so glad that I bought a new laptop. My other HP one, even though 1TB storage, was so slow. It was 9 years old and seemed like more at times!! The new one is amazing. Both my husband and I always buy HP, best in market and prices good too. Cannot believe the speed when turning on or searching, indeed just doing my usual work. Fantastic.

My son recommended this laptop to replace my very old one, and it is perfect for my needs - in fact it does more than enough. I am rather elderly and don't use all the features or play games, so can't comment on those, but do my banking, emails, photos. Googling and more. I just love it as it so easy to use and looks very fetching!

I bought this laptop before Christmas to replace my aging Pavilion of some 8 years. Whilst the previous was very good and did not give me any problems, this new one is very quick.
I do miss the cd writer/player and had to purchase a stand alone along with a card reader etc.
However, if this machine lasts as long as the old Pavilion, it will outlast me.

I only started using this laptop recently and, so far, I am fairly happy with it. The battery life does not seem as good as my previous laptop and I very much miss the backlit keys my previous laptop had.

This is my 1st laptop after my iOS desktop stopped pairing with my iPhone (good old Apple another perfectly working piece of kit destined to the scrap heap all because of old software! )
Very disappointed with the battery life of the laptop also so much reflection from the screen,
That said nice bit of kit works well just wish it wasn’t preloaded with software that’s not needed & constantly pinging you with advertising to install this unwanted software,

I bought HP Pavilion laptop a month ago. I'm happy everything is working fine. But I noticed the battery doesn't last as stated in the specification. On continuous use, the Battery runs down within 2-3 hour. Unlike up to 7-9 hours stated. If there's anything to be done, please let me know.
