Fantastic product for keeping track of dogs

Took a few minutes to figure out how to put the case on the collar but then it was perfect. Got these for my two dogs. It works well with the Air Tag. Terrific idea.

One of two broke within a week

I bought two of these. One tore in less than a week. I tried to go through the warranty claim process and that just leads you to an option to purchase another at full price.

Torn twice....Will not hold up to active dogs.

I purchased AirTag cases in August for our two dogs. One tag didn't last a week before tearing. After a brief lecture from the CaseMate rep. about their responsibility to replace a tag only one time, Case-Mate replaced torn tag. Now the replacement tag has also torn. Both of the dogs have the same brand & size collar so the collar isn't the issue. Fortunately one side of the tag held up so we did not lose the AirTag itself. The tag on the 9 year old has held up fine, but the tag on the 2 year old has ripped both times. It seems that these tags are not durable enough to withstand the activity of a young dog. I have not yet reached out to Case-Mate about the damage to the replacement tag. However even if they make an exception to their policy of single replacement, I'd say they are not worth the trouble.

I have been happy with the product so far. I have them on 11 dogs. They have been in the water with no issues. I also have them on 3 puppies and I thought they might chew on them and they are low profile unless to not be an issue. I would buy them again.
