This is a great laptop. Perfect size, not heavy/feels solid. Love the ease of use of the keyboard. Fabulous display! Crystal clear and sharp IPS w/gorilla glass. Unlike the fogginess of the anti-glare screen. I can sit in a chair and type away for hours without my legs going to sleep. Or work at my desk. The keys are close enough together to allow my short fingers to type with ease. The number key pad is a bonus. You won't be disappointed with this machine. It is perfect for seniors still tech savvy. So glad HP is still making 17" laptops! Thanks HP.....

I bought this laptop about 3 months ago and have been mostly satisfied so far. I wanted the laptop quickly, so I did not customize the order but chose something that was ready to ship and would still suit my needs. It arrived quickly. I also liked that the data from my previous laptop was readily available. I do not recall this being the case with my previous laptop. My one complaint is that fingerprint login stopped working after less than 3 months, and I am unable to set it up again. I do not really like the idea of a fingerprint login being the primary login, especially if it is not going to work.

This operating system is very fast. Fingerprint logon is very convenient and fast. The display is a great size and the colors, contrast and sharpness are excellent. It's not heavy or bulky. Keyboard response is virtually ideal and makes typing a breeze. It was easy to set-up despite the third party file transfer software, which I will attempt to avoid or circumvent next time. It charges relatively fast. Don't know if it comes in black. If so, get black. Silver makes it difficult to see the keys, sometimes, in bright lighting. This is a wonderful laptop at a reasonable price.

I was needing to purchase a new laptop with specific features and after a lot of searching, I found this laptop and it was exactly what I was looking for! It always starts up quickly and has the performance speed that I need. I use it for both personal and business and I am so happy with it. I also use it to professionally edit photos (Lightroom and Photoshop) with my business, and the display is bright and accurate! I was also very impressed with the customer service I received!
