I've had it only a week but only one issue to troubleshoot. I like the size of the case, the ports (gifted with Displayports). The unit is very acceptable for speed BUT I am not a gamer (business only) and has the right amount of storage for my needs. If you're a gamer - read someone else's critique. My reason for purchasing was to support multiple screens (Windows 11 Pro) and I am unable to use the USB-C port for my 15" touchscreen. I think I'll be able to work through this but that's the reason for only four stars - else its five!
Using it to stream church services online with one. Great results so far. The i7 and the 3060 are a great pairing offering great rendering. The high speed USB ports are great for the external capture card.
I've had this for a month and since day one it freezes constantly. Sometimes I restart the computer and it freezes before it can finish. Or I turn it on and it freezes before I can open any programs. I've been buying HP since 2011 but after this experience I doubt I will buy any more.
Easy to set up , powerful enough for almost all games, but there are some minor glitches like not able to turn off the LED light, and somehow the mouse/kb sometimes will not responding , have to unplug usb /restart PC again in order for them to work. Also, it heats up really fast while gaming, I guess the ventilation system just not as good as my 3 years old Lnovo gaming PC . Kinda disappointed tbh...
