After reading many reviews, we expected the bed to be a little firmer than it was, but it was not too firm. It seems to be comfortable enough. Our concern is that it seems to be a little too warm on the sleeping surface, which can make for difficulty sleeping. We are also wondering if this will hold up long term.

I am already recommending it...based on cost compared to other mattress stores, and comfort. Really love the "pop-out-of-the-box" design.

Best week of sleep I've had in years. Minimizing my chronic pain a little each day. Thanks for such a great mattress. Buy one if you're thinking about it.

Very good price and very comfortable.Easy to unpack and lay on bed.Expected a chemical smell but there was none! Back ache is gone and I couldn’t be more happy! Thanks tuff & needle!
