The simplicity of ordering was awesome. The fast delivery was great. The set-up was a cinch. So far the mattress is pretty good, but just a tad more firm than I would like. Definitely want to give it some time to break in, but I think it said that should happen after 2 weeks. Hopefully it softens up just a tad!

While the mattress is insanely comfortable, I wake up every two hours feeling like I'm laying on hot coals. This is only February in Virginia. I can't bear to think of how hot I'd sleep on it in the jungle-like heat and humidity (even with low A/C!) in a Richmond summer. Unfortunately, I'm planning to return it.

It's a quality mattress with a great warranty.
And it's on our guest bed. So when people say how much they like it after sleeping on it, I'll be sure to tell them it's a Tuft and Needle
