I have Fibromyalgia. Spring mattresses flare up my fibromyalgia. This mattress has the right amount of support and cushioness. To improve support I used a pinus board over the mattress foundation so there is no sagging.

I put off getting a new mattress because of all the hassle, but this mattress was so easy. I'm a 68-year old female, and I put it on my bed single-handedly. Consumer Reports gave it a good rating. It wasn't terribly expensive. Best of all, I'm sleeping so well. Back and hip pain doesn't wake me up anymore. I gave it a 9, because I just got it recently. Time will tell if it stays good.
