They're in a big box that fits in a trunk space easier than trying to tie it to top of a car. Easy to bring in the house and unload. And best of all they are comfortable. Since getting mine I've been sleeping through the night rather than waking up every couple of hours.

We bought one mattress, loved it. Bought another which made the new daybed too high (needs a thinner mattress) and we were thrilled with your return plan - THANK YOU!! We plan to buy a king mattress next.

We are very happy with our tuft and needle mattress! It is very comfortable and very quiet. It also doesn't transfer motion across the bed much. I had heard that some people think the mattress is on the firm side, but to us it feels nice and soft like sleeping on a giant marshmallow! And it was a good price too.

I've slept on a soft sided water bed for almost 20 years. Finally had to get rid of it. I normally have a really hard time sleeping on any other kind of mattress. This one is really comfortable. I'm so happy I researched mattresses online prior to buying otherwise I never would have found this mattress.
