I was worried that the bed might be to hard or to soft as I had not been able to try it before buying it. All the recommendations online said that the customer service was second to none so I took the risk. It was perfect, neither to hard or to soft. Just like Goldilocks lol, it was just right. It's been a few weeks now and am sleeping so much better and so much longer. It's cool and does not retain the heat. So thankful.

Quality is nice, but it doesn't stay put. It bunches up and there are constantly big ridges beneath the sheet. I would expect a protector that came from the mattress company to be a perfect fit on the mattress.

Irregardless of the price, two months in this is the best mattress we have ever had. We are in our 40’s and 50’s so back pain and pressure points have been more of an issue. This bed allows us to sleep in any position and wake up with no pain. My brother swears by his Tempurpedic but the initial odor made it a no go for my wife. This mattress has given us the most restful sleep in years.
