I have not slept on it yet! Otherwise, the web site, delivery, instructions and price were all very convincing.
It smelled wonderful when I opened the plastic. I had been warned the it would stink for a couple of days, but it didn't!

This mattress is amazingly comfortable, awesomely affordable and has eliminated nearly all the lower back pain I'd been having from sleeping on an old spring mattress.

We've only had out mattress about two weeks, but we're enjoying it. I was having a lot of difficulty sleeping due mainly to get bounced around when my husband rolled over. That has been 90% eliminated.

I recently ordered the mattress and I need to contact you to return it, I am not happy with the mattress at all. It is so so soft , like floppy, not what I was expecting, way too soft

Sore shoulders every morning. Not enough cushion/give to allow for supportive cushion. I’m usually a side sleeper but I’ve been tossing and turning from side to back...as my shoulders hurt, I toss to my back until my lower back hurts then back to my side.
