I bought this for my son. I was very apprehensive about it. It felt very soft at first, but about 24 hours later it felt great. Firmed up a bit. While I have not slept a night on it, I have laid on it for a nap and it was extremely comfortable. We may buy a king size for ourselves.

The customer experience is fantastic. Nothing is overlooked and there is an answer to pretty much everything on the website. The bed is slightly firmer than I would prefer but I am still enjoying it and it is a major upgrade from what I previously had.

This mattress is a replacement for another memory foam mattress that we had for about 10 years. This one is slightly firmer and doesn’t sag like the other one.
