It is very comfortable when I lie on my back, but I am a side sleeper. I am a female, 5’3” and 118 lbs. I don’t know if I weigh enough to sink into the top layer as the advertisement shows. My husband in 6’3” and 310 lbs and the mattress is fine for him.
My neck and left shoulder hurt for over a week after my second night. My shoulder doesn’t sink into the bed as the advertisement said it would. The mattress doesn’t conform to my body when I’m on my side. I still have to put a blanket in the curve between my hips and torso because the mattress isn’t conforming to that area, which doesn’t keep my spine straight. The mattress fits fine around the lower half of my body.
I REALLY like what the company stands for, which is why we chose to try this over other companies. I did many comparison reviews over several weeks. The t&n website we ordered through was a billboard advertisement with the website about “the truth about greedy mattress stores”. That site never showed us the option of the other mattress you sell with 3 layers, or pillows, sheets, etc. I clicked on everything I could click on to see if I was missing anything. I even “chatted” and they confirmed you had a pillow, but could never find where to purchase it. That link should have all the items you sell. I didn’t even think to see if there was another site for t&n with all your products until my brother mentioned it because he’s also been researching mattresses.

The other mattress might work for my size. I just want to sleep on my side without neck and shoulder pain.
We have had the mattress two weeks now, and we’re waiting to see if there is improvement. I changed my pillow, but my shoulder still bows in - on top of the mattress-instead of sinking in. If this doesn’t change we’ll be contacting you to return it.

I'm not sure that everyone will love a foam bed, but I do. I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud every night. But that doesn't mean everyone will.

My teen daughter's old mattress was replaced with a Tuft & Needle. She told me she hasn't slept through the night in a very long time, and now with her new mattress she said she is well rested and sleeps the night through without waking. We are now considering getting one for us.

I just bought a T&N mattress, and a new bed frame too. I've been sleeping on it for 2 nights now. Usually I wake up every few hours then fight to get back to sleep. Last night I slept for 6 hours before awaking. I'm sure my new mattress has a lot to do with it!
