The service is fast, and relatively affordable. Bed is super comfy, especially for side and tummy sleepers.

I've only slept on in a couple nights. It's my son's bed. I give it a 10 because it's firm but soft.

Nontoxic comfortable mattress with no sag or "hammocking". Also no hump in the middle of a king sized mattress- it's actually flat all the way across!
