We first used this mattress while renting a house for the winter. The mattress was so comfortable we ordered them for our new home. One came with open plastic and a black oil stain. The company responded quickly and sent a new mattress and said to keep the stained one or donate it.

This mattress is very soft and not conducive to offering back support -- whole body sinks in without any resistance. Will be returning it.

I was extremely hesitant about buying a mattress online and not getting to test it out first, but given that I was moving across the country I had to. I'm so glad I chose to go w/ the Original mattress, because it was below budget, shipped quickly, inflated in record time, and is so so comfortable!

Easy shipping and setup. The bed is nice but it's a bit firm for my liking. I'm a side and back sleeper, and I've woken up many mornings in pain. IDK if I'll keep it.

I ain’t had a perfect sleep before but I get close on this one.
My back still hurts but whose doesn’t in this economy. I dreamt I didn’t but when I woke I did.
I tell my friends some times but they don’t listen. But sometimes they do. I know a couple rascals and one so and so who agree with me. Those who tend to be on the fence remain.
Buy the mattress.

we have this same mattress, but older, on our master bed and we love it. We will probably never sleep on this new mattress because it completes a Wallbed/Desk installed in our condo. The Tuft&Needle mattress is thin enough to fit in the Murphy Bed tray, while being comfortable even without a box spring.
