This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I have literally never slept better. I finaly feel fully rested every day!

Very comfortable! I was having waking up with aches and pains with our cold mattress and this mattress made the difference! I love it and would highly recommend the Tuft & Needle mattress!

The packaging was not like the video set to me about setting up the bed. When we removed the outer wrap, the vacuum sealed bag (needing to be cut) was already unsealed and the bed just opened right on the floor. At least the bed frame was close by and we didnt have to move it much, but we would have preferred to unwrap it like the video. I understand a small complainant, but then we realized it had a few marks, dirt, dust, whatever, cleaned it up, but still. Also, after 2 weeks, I am not sure if I miss my old bed, IKEA, I still am not sure I like it, however, the price point is good enough to power through and keep it regardless of the delivery condition, and unsure sleep comfort. This is the reason for a 5, right down the middle, not bad, not great. Eh, got a new bed in the mail.
