We love our new tuft and needle bed! My fiance and I both sleep much better now and were impressed with the speed at which our mattress was delivered.

I have never had the luxury of being able to open a small box, tear off the plastic and voila! have a mattress! Very easy and very comfy.

Outer thick bag and inner vacuum bag were fused together and weren't completely sealed. I have a photo if you're interested.
