The delivery of the mattress is good, but after sleeping on the mattress for about a week we are finding it to be too soft. Since there are only two models and both are soft. That will require us to return the mattress.

The bed is super comfortable!
My husband no longer complains of his hip hurting during the night. I used to toss and turn on our $2K mattress. I don’t even roll over on this one. Best mattress we have ever had in our 53 years of marriage.

We have been sleeping on the bed for about two weeks now and love it. Very comfortable and holding up well. There was no smell when we opened the plastic and the mattress was sleepable night one. I was referred to Tuft & Needle by a coworker who is also very happy with their purchase.
