Mattress is a bit more firm than expected. Not a deal breaker so far, but quite firm.

The mattress is everything you said it would be. We bought a twin for our elderly father. He couldn’t use it. We decided to take turns sleeping on the twin to experience the box bed. We loved it enough to trade in the twin for a king and use it in our own bedroom. Replacing our sleep number! And you made the donation process easy and painless! Thanks so much!

It's really comfortable, a lot firmer and cooler than the on the ebhad before but it's still new so I don't want to get my hopes up just yet

Are so good, I'll write another review a year from April. That'll be the real truth of the matter. I wish more people would write reviews that year after he received product. I was suffering from shoulder pain and waking up to numb arms. That is completely gone. I'm sleeping much deeper, and remembering dreaming multiple times during the night. So I am sleeping and better quality. Lower back pain is gone and hips feel great too. I am far I'm very happy right now, but again I'll write another review in a year and we'll see.
