The bed was very comfortable for me but it hurt my fiance by being too soft so I will recommend the bed to those who I know would appreciate it instead of those who need an extremely firm mattress.

All based on ordering and delivery of the mattress since I've only been using ( sleeping) on it less then 2 weeks. As of now it seems to be comfortable, my back will tell me more over the next few weeks.

Delivery was easy. The price was right, and we like the quality. We purchased two for our guest rooms, one full and one queen.

So far getting use to what seems like a comfortable mattress. Was told mattress would ship on a Mon. when it didn't, had to call you back I think twice. Once it shipped it did come on time.
