Overall it is a good mattress. The most appealing point is it's low cost compared to similar mattresses. However the comfort level of the mattress does not stand out to the point where I would write a raving review about this product, and one thing that I don't like about the mattress is how easily the sides sink. Overall, it's a comfortable mattress and especially great on a budget. I would not be opposed to recommending it, but would also not go out of my way to talk to someone about it, which is why I chose a 5.

I tried 5 bed in a box mattresses in the past 2 months. Tuft and Needle was my 5th. The search was over! It was perfectly soft and firm. I was comfortable sleeping in any position. My husband loves it too! I love that it has a flat surface, I don’t like the feeling of ridged or tufted mattresses. I also like that the mattress is simply made. Not too many layers and added glued and chemicals. I didn’t smell any odors once I opened the packaging. I have recommended this mattress to so many already.

I love this product. I purchased a Queen mattress, it's cool, comfortable and I no longer toss and turn. The entire transaction was quick, easy, and painless. 10/10* would recommend.
