We purchased a queen T&N for our guest room because the price was right and the bed was comfortable enough. I don't know how much we would like this bed if we slept on it regularly, and I am interested to know how it will hold up in a year's time after regular use. That said, the 'off-gassing' was quick, delivery was fast and easy, and we haven't had any issues so far.

Ordering the bed was extremely easy, the web site was informational, and it was delivered in a box on our doorstep 2 days later. That was awesome. We had a little trouble unrolling it and removing the wrapping, but nothing too terrible. I gave it a 9 out of 10 because I still wake up with a bit of a back ache, although my husband says he sleeps very well on it. Overall, it's a big improvement over the mattress that we replaced.

I normally have a problem sweating while sleeping but not on the tuft and needle mattress. Living in Arizona, that's a huge plus for a mattress. The comfy firmness of the bed is perfect. It doesn't feel like the bed is trying to swallow you up (like some of the soft beds do)
