The beds were for my children, so I have not slept on it to give my personal opinion, but they love them.

Nice soft material, none of the plastic type material that my kids used to complain about. My daughter hasn’t had any spills or accidents so I can’t say for sure but I don’t see anything getting though it.

It's better for my back than my old mattress (a Reverie with the adjustable cells), but if could be just a bit more firm, I sink into it a little more than I'd like, and you can't really sit on the edge of the mattress, but, for the price, it's very good.
