The mattress I ordered arrived in great shape in a timely manner. I followed the instructions to open it and it took shape just as they said it would. Seems like it is going to be a great mattress.

It has now been 10 months of sleeping on my tuft and needle and it has been the best 10 months of my life. I wake up feeling like I can move, my night of sleep is full and it looks very sleek. I even bought one for my parents and In laws when they visit who have disc disease
