Ease of ordering, ease of return if needed (being able to donate mattress), quick delivery, easy set up, price comparison to similar mattresses, comfort of mattress. I recently had hip surgery and have to sleep flat in my back. This mattress has made that possible.

It's a great mattress. I'm not laying down on it like, wow, this is the most amazing sleeping experience in my entire life. But it is really excellent, and I would absolutely recommend T&N to a friend - especially for the price.
