The whole process was very easy and the price is very reasonable, but the mattress itself is softer than I expected, so if a friend was looking for something firmer, I wouldn't recommend it.

The mattress quality was above my expectations. Soft but firm. I recommend Tuft & Needle to all my friends without hesitation.
