The mattress is as advertised. It arrived very quickly it was extremely fun to unpack (side benefit) I may need to connect with customer service, I cannot report on experience with that aspect of my purchase yet, nonetheless I would say at this point I would be very likely to recommend this product.

The mattress came very quickly, unpacked easily, and has been very comfortable to sleep on. A lot of my back pain that I’ve had from our old mattress is gone, I’m sleeping better, and even my husband is enjoying it. Best part is that it’s a king, so we have enough room to sleep and my son enjoys playing on it too

I love how easy it was to order my mattress, set up was a breeze, and my mattress actually arrived earlier than I expected! The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the odor after I cut the plastic off my mattress, but it went away with a couple hours of airing out time.

The mattress is supremely comfortable. I’ve been tracking my sleep for a few years now with the app Pillow, and my sleep quality has improved by about 10% since I got this mattress! Amazing product and so easy to set up! Also fantastic price. There’s nothing not to love!

Still getting used to the mattress, very comfortable, but I am finding it retains heat more than I am used to and I wake up from being warm.
