So far my husband and I love this mattress. I don't find it to hard, very comfortable and it does keep me cool. We've only had the mattress for a week and a half, it's definitely a keeper.

After research and many comparisons, we decided on Tuft&Needle. Purchased for our granddaughter's college apartment, she said the mattress was comfy and everything was good.

Very comfortable mattress. One problem was the corner connector in the support frame has 2 cracked hinges and a missing screw. It would be nice if the company could send us replacements
