At first it took me a couple of days to adjust to the bed. In fact, the first two mornings after I slept on the mattress my neck was stiff and painful. I did some internet research and came upon a forum that suggested stepping on the mattress to help it break in. Once I did that, it was noticeably more comfortable and I have been getting a cozy and restful nights sleep ever since. If that method of breaking in the mattress is acceptable you might want to think about somehow addressing as an option for those who aren’t getting a good experience out of the box. Otherwise, all good.

I think you should be able to cheese between softer and firmer and return which you don’t want.

So far the mattress and pillows have been wonderful. They were shipped quickly too. Choosing 9 because I still want to give us a little more time to feel out the comfort level.
