Ease of "installing" it; comfort and quality of the mattress. I was apprehensive about being able to lug the box upstairs, move the old queen size mattress, and open and get the Tuft & Needle mattress on the bed by myself. Done! The instruction video is a nice touch.

I did a lot of research before spending any money on a bed. After reading through the reviews and information presented by Tuft and Needle I made the decision to go with them. And boy was it one of the best choices I have made when buying a product!!

Seems like a lovely bed. I bought it for my 92 year old mother who is moving in with us. She has not slept on it yet but I’m hoping she will find it just right for her old back. Thanks.

Exactly what I was looking for, firm and supportive and so comfortable. Recommended by my chiropractor! I wake up without a stiff back. Love this mattress!
