Our mattress arrived when the initial order said it would. It was easy to set up, and we have loved sleeping on it every night since. It's an easy recommendation.

Very comfortable; I am suffering from arthritis and the mattress has helped me find more comfortable positions for sleeping. My knees also feel better in the morning!!

We like the value of the product. The bed is a bit squishy, so I would not recommend for someone who needs or prefers more support/firmer mattress.

Verdict is still out. It’s been about a week sleeping on it. I’m neutral so far due to lack if time. I may consider adding a memory foam topper for some additional softness yet keeping the firmness if the mattress.

the mattress was priced very reasonably, but is too hard and isn't as cool as I was hoping. In fact I would like to get an RA #, unless you can ship the free topper and see if it makes the middle "hip" are of the bed softer. I am a side sleeper and wake with sore hips due to the firmness.
