I chose 10 because online reviews, price, shipping, and mattress were all as expected and portrayed online. I couldn’t be happier. The mattress is a great balance between soft and firm. It sleeps incredibly well. This is not an exclusive tuft and needle service - mailed mattress in a box is an excellent and incredibly convenient idea, making setup and moving the mattress through your home is very easy. It’s nice being able to buy a great product at a great price.

It isn't godly comfortable as I was expecting and from what I saw within the videos. But... It is a solid mattress (meaning good) and I would recommend to a friend for the price :).

The mattress is firm but not too firm, very comfortable. I am a nurse and often my spinal column is stressed, this mattress helps me to relax and enjoy my rest

This is the best mattress I've ever slept on. So much so that I'm slowly in the process of making sure all of the beds in my house have these mattresses... and so much so that I have trouble sleeping at anyone else's house :)

Wow! At first I worried that the mattress wouldn't be firm enough for me, but I love it. It's like sleeping on a cloud, but a supportive cloud. My back problems are improving, my limbs don't fall asleep...and I'm no youngster. Well done, Tuft & Needle!

Several people have slept on it and love it! We'll use it for 100 days and will know more! Daughter 2 nights, She's here on some weekends. I 've slept on it 3 nights, my husband is going to try it!

I truly was not expecting the mattress to be so comfortable. Especially when it arrived compressed in the bag and as I watched it puff up. Also, it was softer than I anticipated, but once we slept on it, we were sold. A very comfortable mattress.
