I think it is a good product. I was apprehensive about buying a mattress in a box but it ended up being a good experience. I actually bought a T&N queen mattress and bought a Casper platform to put it on. I like the Casper platform design, and a T&N platform was unavailable when I ordered my T&N mattress.

Because the bed is comfortable , keeps you cool when sleeping and its not so expensive that you have to take a loan out to buy one . Just all around very happy with it .

We bought the mattress to use at our daughter's home out of State. They set it up and we slept on it 2 nights last week when we visited. It was great and we slept so well both nights. That is very unusual for sleeping on a new and different bed. We did not hurt in the morning. It was amazing.
