Comfort!! I don’t know how this mattress can be both soft and firm all in one package. I have had other mattresses of this type but the tuft and needle mattress is not hot to sleep on like other mattresses.

I am comfortable on this mattress. I can see how it may be too firm for some. It lacks bounce, but again I am okay and comfortable without it.

We're still waiting to see if my wife likes the bed. I think it's great, but she's not as sure as I. She says it feels very (too) firm.
