Everything! It is firm but cozy at same time and I stay cool while I sleep. It was delivered the very next day after ordering. Easy set up. Love the product!

It smells really bad, even a week later I have to have my windows open in winter. It’s too bad because it is pretty comfortable except the sides are too mushy.
