For one, the smell of the foam mattress is still very strong. I've aired out my room as often as I can, but it hasn't dissipated much in the 12 days I've had it.
Also the mattress still feels very firm to me. I know it will soften up eventually, but, when is that? I can't sleep on it like this for a year, it's too firm and causing me back pain.
So, jury is still out.

Supports your body without obvious pressure points. Normally mattresses put pressure on hips, shoulders (for side sleepers like myself) but this mattress has the ability to adjust so there aren’t any pressure spots. I’ve been very impressed so far
