I get a good nights sleep..cool comfort and plenty of support for my back! And part of the Experience is opening the box and watching the mattress take shape!

Got this for my granddaughter. Ease of delivery and setup were big factors. Might be a little firm for my taste though

I found the rapid delivery to be especially helpful. I thought your product was packaged well and the instructions for the walnut bed frame to be especially straightforward. (The only thing we would change is to highlight that the support slats are "counter sunk" on one side and we installed a couple upside down before we turned one over and noticed this).

Nothing can be done. Overall good mattress just a bit harder than what I was used to.
