Very comfortable, not real soft but not real firm. We are both
sleeping much better that before. The mattress kind of cradles you without being sunk in.

Way too hard! We did a lot of research and like firm beds. This bed was rated at 7/10 for firmness but feels more like a 9 or 10/10! we are trying to give it a chance and wait for the two week break and time hoping it will get a bit softer and more comfortable.
