I was nervous about buying a mattress sight unseen (felt), but the ordering and delivery process went exactly as described, and after sleeping on the mattress for a little over a week I'm convinced it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned.

I really like this mattress. My wife is not as smitten with it though...although she has slept very well since we got it. While I really like the mattress, I agree with my wife that the edge support is lacking - I sink too far when putting on my socks :-)
I definitely will would recommend but would also share these limitations with any friend or family member.

I bought this bed for my mother b/c she needed a new mattress and was about to have surgery. While she was in the hospital I slept on in it and had a good night's sleep. It's better than my mattress at home. She loves it! It has a great price-point and is really comfortable.
